These terms govern your use of AI Fitness Body Simulator, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service — a visualization, not a promise

The service edits a photo you upload according to the fitness goal you describe, producing a simulated preview of a transformed physique. It is a motivational visualization only: it is not medical, health or fitness advice, it does not measure or predict your body, and no result is guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional for health and training guidance.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the simulations generated from them, subject to these terms. Only upload photos of yourself, or of others with their clear permission. Do not upload photos of minors.

Credits and payment

Simulation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
