AI Fitness Body Simulator is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Photos of yourself that you upload, the goal description you enter, and the simulated transformation images generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate your simulated transformation images, save them to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce the simulations you request. We do not use your photos to train models, and we draw no health conclusions from them.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI image editing), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your creations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. Body photos are personal: you may delete creations in the product at any time, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
